Production and Processing Time
Gray Green Goods products are made to order, and processing times are on each product page. If you need an item more quickly, please contact us (jane@graygreengoods.com), and we'll do our best to accomodate you. 

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. They are based on the weight, size, and destination of the order.  

When will my order arrive?
There are three options for shipping:

USPS First Class: 1-2 weeks. NO INSURANCE, NO TRACKING. Order cannot be refunded if lost in the mail.  

USPS Priority: 3-4 business days. Comes with $50 insurance and tracking. 

USPS Priority Express: 1-2 business days. Comes with $50 insurance and tracking. 

Customs, Duties, Taxes (International Orders)
Customs and other import duties and taxes may be applied to international orders when the package reaches its destination. These fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and they vary from country to country. 

Privacy Policy
Your shipping/billing address and contact information will only be used for fulfilling your order, questions pertaining to your order and for legal reasons (such as paying taxes).
